Hello,

I have been using seeds some of the default atlases for my analsyis. I would however like to view some of these seeds. I know that these seeds are in one atlas file differentiated by intensity values matching the line number they are on in the associated text file. Is there a way I can mask an atlas image file for just one particular intensity and then view this within SPM? Thanks in advance.
