RE: extract data of second level ROI-to-ROI
Dear Alfonso,
I tried version 15.9, 16 b ,15 a and 17 c, failed to find the 'extract values' button.
Would you please kindly to let us know which way can extract the values in version 17c?

For ROI analyses you can similarly use the 'extract values' button (on the main CONN gui second-level results tab, below the axial display of ROI-to-ROI connectivity results) to extract the ROI-to-ROI connectivity values for each subject (between the selected source/seed ROIs and the selected target ROIs). Those will be stored as new second-level covariates which you can then simply copy/paste into SPSS for further analyses.
