RE: How perform a correlation in Calculator ?
Hi Gol Mi

You may run correlation analyses in the same way as you typically would do in CONN's second-level results tab, namely simply select 'AllSubjects' and your covariate (e.g. WMFT scores) in the 'subject effects' list (and enter a between-subjects contrast [0 1]), and then select your cluster variable in the 'measures' list. This will perform a regression analysis looking at the association between WMFT scores and connectivity values within your cluster. The plot will report R2 values, and the T- and p- values reported in the table below for this regression analysis are exactly the same as those derived from a correlation analysis.

Hope this helps
Alfonso

Would you please let me know how  I can run a correlation in Calculator in CONN? and find Pearson correlation coefficient ? Does CONN calculator covers correlation at all?
More specific, I would like to run a correlation to find the relationship between behavioar changes (such as WMFT or MALQ scores) and the measures from the clusters?

Thank you for your help in advanced,
