I am using the conn17f standalone version. I have 28 people each with two sessions of resting state functional data. Then I got two conditions 'pre' and 'post'.
In the first level analyses, I choose to do group-MVPA (5 components, 64 dimensions) and select 'all subjects' and 'all conditions'. After finishing the first-level analysis, the GUI keep saying 'Condition (pre) has not been processed yet. Please rerun the previous step' and 'No conditions found. Rerun the first-level analysis did not solve the issue. In the firstlevel folder, I can find a file called '_list_conditions.txt ' that contains the two conditions.

Did I make a mistake here?  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
