pre post definition
Dear all,
sorry for this basic question, but I am not sure whether my approach is correct as I understood from a previous mail...
I have two conditins from each subject (per/post). I defined two conditions (pre/post) but when defining functional data I chose data from pre and post for each subjet together and than divided the two condition by defining the onsets and duration. So each subject has 2 x 180 scans (2 sec. duration). I choose 360 scane / subjects and define condition pre (onset = 0; duration = 360) and condition post (onset = 360; duration = 360)????
Sorry for this basic problem, the manual describes this in a different way...
Many thanks
boris
