Hi CONN experts,

I want to conduct Seed-to-voxel resting-state analyses comparing two groups. 

I woud like to know the implications of selecting "Mask with grey matter" in the Setup - ROIs step.

If I understand correctly, in terms of advantages, this would remove any parts of the pre-defined ROIs that are not grey matter based on my structural MRIs. I guess this could also help statistically regarding multiple comparisons.

Are there any disadvantages?
