RE: x axis or y axis to flip hemispheres?
Thank you Alfosono.
Just want to make sure if I understand correctly.
To have a correct analysis for affected and unaffected hemispheres, I need to do first non-rigid reflection along x-axis (x/y/z to -x/y/z , and then 180-degree rotation around the z-axis , to have a correct flip !?
Can I do both in the same time?
I have downloaded the new version of CONN(17.f), I cannot find the rotations in the preprocessing drop-down menu (List of All available preprocessing steps), while in previous versions I could see different options for rotation around different axis. Would you please let me know where I can find and choose the different rotations in the preprocessing in CONN 17.f?
Thank you !
