I am wondering whether anyone has an answer to the issue that I posted a few weeks ago (please see below).
It would be great to to hear your thoughts on this topic. The main question is why my results are so different when using ICC or Global Correlation?

Again, I am sorry if this is mentioned somewhere obvious but I would really appreciate some help on this issue.
