I am actually new to Conn.
I need to know whether conn saved the denoised ROI time series any where before step in the analysis part?

I have another question, I would be really grateful if anyone could help me.

In order to do some analysis, I have to change the denoised roi time series, I want to know whether it is possible to import the new time series and start with the analysis part to get the connectivity matrices?
