I did notice in the first two computers had slight differences in the scrubbing files. There was one more file removed on one subject in one computer compared to the other computer. I also noticed that the same subject had larger differences between computers in BOLD time course and first level statistical maps. Would this be enough to cause an issue? I can gather that information for all 5 computers if that is helpful.
