I have a question (probably) related to this topic. I am running fALFF and I do not get an error message (version 17c). But, when I plot subjects in the second level tab, I see that only 10 out of 24 subjects have data. The fALFF nifti files are there for all subjects, but contain only zeros for 14 subjects. In my design some conditions are only present in the 10 subjects. However, I do not get fALFF data for the 14 subjects for the conditions that are present. This is also the case when I run fALFF only on the conditions that are present in all subjects. Any ideas why this might be the case?
