Hello Alfonso and CONN users,
I set up a project in CONN with task-based data for 36 participants and then extracted first-level correlation matrices for one condition for further analyses in another program. However, I noticed that one participant has a correlation coefficient of 0 for every pairwise correlation involving one particular region (in other words, his correlation matrix looks like everyone else's except that there's one row and one column where every value is 0). I used the same data in another CONN project and got the same result for this subject, so I assume it's an issue with his data. Does anyone have suggestions for how to get to the bottom of this and figure out what the problem is before I omit him from my analysis?
