Hello,

I need some help understanding the different variables in the mat files associated with a contrast at second-level analysis. 

For my study, I ran an independent samples t-test (1,-1) between controls and patients and the mat file associated with that contrast (stored in the 'results' folder) has different variables named 'xX', 'y', 'c' and 'h'. I understand the 'names' and 'xyz' variables but I don't know what these other variables are? iIs one of them supposed to be the fisher transformed correlation coefficient values?
