How do I verify the parameters that were used in preprocessing pipeline after the fact? For example, I want to verify that correct Slice Timing Correction (ascending, interleaved, etc) was used, and I also want to determine which thresholds were used in ART artifact rejection, and what smoothing kernel size was used in smoothing step.

Are these variables stored somewhere with processed data?
