Hi all,

I've implemented the standard conn pipeline for  pre-processing my data  (I've not edited any module),  I've then performed  the standard denoising procedure and calculated ntrinsic connectivity for each particiapant at first level

I now have to write up a manuscript and i'd ask you whether you could address me to any sources (e.g. published articles) which describe in details this procedure
