RE: Problem Loading ROI
Hello,
I would like to bump this thread because I am getting the same problem, but with matlab 2018 and Conn 18b.
Is it indicating that there are NaN values in the ROIs? Non of my 1st or second level covariates have NaN values. I used fslmaths -nanm to see if there were any NaN values in my CSF, WM, and GM masks. No problem there as far as I can tell.
Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
