Can CONN create first-level SPM.mat files or equivalents for DCM in SPM?
Dear CONN-community,
I am aiming to run DCM after having identified intriguing functional connectivities in CONN. However, it seems that first-level SPM.mat files would be necessary for that. My question is: Is there a way to get such files put out by CONN? Or to convert currently existing files accordingly, so that one does not have to start over?
As all previous threads I could find on this topic never came to a solution, I thought I would give 2019 a fresh chance!
