Hi Ashwini,
I believe this indicates you are entering multiple files (or a 4d single nifti file with more than one volume) as your GreyMatter ROI (in Setup.ROIs). The GreyMatter ROI should contain a single 3d nifti file describing a mask of grey matter voxels (e.g. if you run the default preprocessing pipeline in CONN this file will be automatically generated and imported during the 'segmentation&&normalization' step of that pipeline)
