RE: loading in previously denoised data
Hi all,
Wondering whether anyone has come to firm conclusions about how to best integrate fmriprep-preprocessed files (using ICA aroma) with conn.
After reading around for a while, it seems like there's a concern that including WM/CSF regressors may re-introduce noise that has already been removed with ICA-aroma (e.g. see here: https://neurostars.org/t/fmriprep-with-i...). I'm wondering what to do at the denoising step in CONN. Would it be best to just do the bandpass filter, use no regressors, and call it a day?
Thanks,
Liz
