Spatial match to template
Hi,

I have a question regarding the correlation coefficient and dice coefficient.
I performed multiple group ICA analysis with different number of components (20,30,40,50).
When I check the spatial match to template function in Conn, 2 components present high correlation with the Default mode Network (r>0.4), both corresponding to the dorsal DMN. One of this component includes precuneus and bilateral superior lateral occipital cortex and the other one the PCC, another part of the precuneus and bilateral angular gyrus.  I found this result in all analysis (same thing for 20 IC and 50 IC). The component which looks like the ventral DMN present a poor correlation with the template.
Would you have any explanation about this results? Do you think the component with occipital cortex is a false correlation?

Thank you so much!
