To add to this:
I had another look at it, and found that the Seed Timecourse van Source 1 is empty... I checked the seed again, and it is not empty. I also overlayed the seed on the functional data (with FSL View) and there are values there. So I do not understand why Conn can't get functional data from this seed... I have added the file from the seed.
Any help?
