Additional preprocessing steps in CONN software after performing essential preprocessing steps in SPM12
Hi dear responder,

Some additional preprocessing steps are needed to prepare the rfMRI data for FC analysis. These steps are regressing out six motion parameters and their derivatives from the signal, regressing out signals from white matter, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), global mean signal, linear detrending, and bandpass filtering. I have performed essential preprocessing steps (slice timing, realignment, co-registration, segmentation, normalization, and smoothing) in SPM12. However, I don't know what should I do in order to be able to perform those mentioned additional preprocessing steps in CONN toolbox? and how can I remove the bad volumes in CONN toolbox without performing the essential preprocessing steps in CONN?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
