Hi,

I am interested in using Dartel in SPM to create a group template because I am working with 2 age cohorts (younger adults 18-35 and older adults 60+). I can see from previous forum posts how to import the resulting preprocessed files to Conn. However, I find it is truly useful to keep preprocessing and network construction within the same batch script wrapped up in Conn. So my question is whether there is a way to use the template created by Dartel within Conn? For instance, aligning to the group template and then normalizing to MNI space?
