RE: Convert Matc to nii
Hi Hongru,

You may be misremembering and the command conn_matc2nii is probably the one you intended to run? That converts CONN"s internal .matc files to NIFTI format, while conn_mgh2nii converts MGH / freesurfer .mgh or .mgz files to NIFTI format

Best

Hi Alfonso,
After I denoise the data, I failed to convert the DATA_Subject*_Condition000.matc to nii using the conn_mgh2nii.m. But I did this step successfully last time. This time I only recalculate and add drend. I also tried to restart the conn but still got the same error. Hope you can give some solutions.

Thanks
Hongru
