I am performing a ROI-ROI analysis to see if there are significant ROI  functional connectivity differences between two subjects groups using "between subject contrast" [-1 1]. Considering AAL_atlas.Caudate R  as seeds/Source, I have these preliminary results (see fig.1) . If I am understanding correctly, the connections highlighted in the attached figure are connections significantly different in the two groups with a FDR corrected p-value reported in Analysis results panel. Is that correct?

If yes, when I click on Results explorer I don't see any significant connections reported and no connections in the ring (see fig 2). Why does this happen?

Also my interface of results explorer seems to be slightly different (see fig. 2) compared with the image shown at page 28 of the toolbox manual. What is the reason?
