I am trying to generate a connectivity matrix for resting-state data which I have already preprocessed and denoised. I am trying to use the Shen atlas (268 ROIs: https://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=51 from Finn et al., 2015).

Is it possible to compute the ROI to ROI connectivity matrices in CONN (as outlined here: https://web.conn-toolbox.org/fmri-method...) using an alternative ROI parcellation scheme?
