Dear all,

We are analyzing task-related fMRI data (6 runs per each of 8 participant) and already have SPM.mat files so we have imported them in CONN.

Based on the instructions here: https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=26278, we imported magnitude and phase fieldmaps for each participant in a secondary dataset (however, a notable idiosyncracy is that we only had two fieldmaps per participant not for each run, so the fieldmaps were imported in the 1st run specificlly because CONN did not allow us to import them for the participant in general as in the GUI at least one session/run is always selected. I am not sure whether this has any relevance for the issue we are having).

However, when attempting to implement the default preprocessing pipeline, the following error appears (including all prior messages):

We have searched online for what the possible issue might be but have been unable to find out and thus cannot solve the issue.

Could somebody clarify the issue and offer a possible solution?

Also, and this is not directly relevent, is there a way remove data that has been loaded in the structural and/or functional tabs? This should be straightforward but we have been unable to find an option in the GUI to do it. We can import data for a given participant and/or run and this would replace any that has been imported before, but not remove previous data so that for a given participant and/or run there is no data loaded.
