Dear Conn experts,

I have done preprocessing and denoising steps successfully. Then, using the realignment covariate I have defined Power's framewise displacement (FD) as a 1st level and mean FD as a 2nd level covariate. Using this mean FD I can easily tell whether before denoising my two groups (control/autism) differ regarding head motion. But I need to figure out if AFTER scrubbing there is still significant difference between the two groups regarding mean FD.
How can I do that?
By the way, do I get it correctly that the FD I have calculated using the realignment listed in 1st level covariate is related to the data BEFORE scrubbing?
