Thank you very much for your replay.
I have completed the preprocessing, de-noising and 1st level analysis in Conn. That is to say, now (for each of the 222 subjects) I have the de-noised time series for each of my ROIs.
To double check the quality of my de-noised data, I want to compute DVARS as well.
So I wonder is there a way to directly do this in Conn? As I have already done the entire analysis here :)
