Weird Seed to Voxel Connectivity Results
Hi,

I just ran a seed to voxel level functional connecitivity analysis copmprising of two groups and 3 covariates. The  10 ROIs of interest I'm looking at are four DMN seeds, hippocampus and PaHG seeds.  When looking at the group level connectivitiy results for contrasts [1 0 0 0 0] for group A, [0 1 0 0 0] for group B, [1 -1 0 0 0] for A>B, and [-1 1 0 0 0] for B>A, I don't see any anticorrelations in results explorer (no blue colour map or colour bar indicating T stats). Also, for 3rd and forth contrast, the connectivity map is exactly the same (both red colour). I have attempted to look at the combined effects of 10 ROIs at once and also tried one ROI at a time, and consistently found the same pattern of no anticorrelation map or colour bar. How can I then tell whether the connectivity correlations I see are positive or negative? And what do they mean (increased /reduced connectivity)?

This is my first attempt at seed-to-voxel connectivity analysis so Im' not sure if this is how the analysis is supposed to churn out. Any hints will be greatly appreciable.

Thank you!

Best Regards,
Dilip
