Artifact correction in multi-site fMRI data
Dear CONNers,
I was wondering whether CONN is capable of detecting artifacts from multi-site data and correcting for it? Such as artifacts arising from differences in scanner model, scan protocol, or software differences? Like the one employed in this paper https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10....
Or would it be possible to correct/control for site differences via dummy variable as second level covariate (e.g. covariate created to reflect site 1, 2, 3 etc.). If so, Is there a limit on number of sites?
Anyone whoe has worked on a similar topic/published in this area, can you please redirect me to your work?
Thank you!
Kind Regards,
Dilip
