Processing AP and PA subjects with multiple timepoints
Hi,
I'm trying to set up my conn data, but the session/condition/scan nomenclature is throwing me off
I'm using 3 subjects as an example.
All subjects have an AP and PA scans (for field map correction. See attached pic) and want to insert them into CONN instead of concatenating them into one single resting state scan. Then, each subject has a different timepoint (ses-01, ses-02, ses-03, and ses-04), but NOT ALL subjects have ALL 4 timepoints (see attached pic).
How can I add AP and PA files into a single subject and then run preprocessing? or at this point, Im better off if I concatenate AP and PA into one single resting state scan and just use those for preprocessing.
Best,
Omar
