Hi,

Im trying to run a group interaction on correlations between FC and glutamate scores. I imported my glutamate scores for group 1 and 2 separately into conn (this is just an example.......gluG1 = 1 2 3 0 0 0 and gluG20 0 0 4 5 6). I created a model where I control for age, gender, and framewise displacement. This is what the model looks like:

AllSubjects age gender framedis gluG1 gluG2 
0 0 0 0 1 -1

Is this correct?
