gPPI in Conn20b
Hello,
My aim is to run a seed-to-voxel analysis to explore where two groups differ in their task-related activations from a given seed. To that end, I am trying to run a gPPI in CONN 20b. All of my data were imported from fMRIPrep, and all data processing has been carried out up to defining first-level analyses in CONN. Under "Analysis Type," where "functional connectivity (weighted GLM)" is the default, I expected to see an option for gPPI. I have not disabled any analyses in options and have defined my conditions well. Do you know how I may proceed with a gPPI? If not, could a weighted GLM suffice given my research goal? Picture of CONN window is attached.
Thanks,
Steven
EDIT: Found it! You have to add a new first-level analysis with the "+" towards the bottom left of the screen, then you are prompted to pick what kind of analysis to choose, including gPPI
