Hi Bryan,
One possible way to do this would be to use the option 'frequency-decomposition' in Setup.Conditions (or define your choice of frequency-bands manually there) to define frequency-specific conditions. After that, regular RRC first-level analyses will output correlation coefficient values between each pair of ROIs within each frequency band (so squaring these values will approximate magnitude-squared coherence metrics)
