Hi everyone,

The conn version is 20b. I ran the preprocessing and denoise steps on one subject, and the dswau*.nii files were generated well. While i rerun the analysis on several subjects and no "dswau*" files were output this time. The "created confound-corrected time-series" option was checked. I need the denoised nifti files for further analysis. Has anyone encountered similar questions? Thanks for your attention.
