Subject 2 is not associated with condition ETC ETC
Hi all,
I am running a gPPI 'faces task' analysis in CONN and I am getting an error message for all my subjects except for my first subject:
'subject 2's scan is not associated with the condition 'Angry''.
'subject 3's scan is not associated with the condition 'Angry'' (or any other condition for that matter)
and so on until the end....
I think this problem is due to the fact that the onset and duration times for each condition have not been recognised by the SPM.mat files I have imported- Do you by any chance know why this happened and how I can fix this? I have heard that the onset and duration is different for every single subject but that shouldn't matter if the info is in the spm.mat files, correct?
For info, subject 1 seemed to work OK, i.e., subject 1 has onset and duration info. When I click into subject 2 condition info, onset and duration is set as: 'MULTIPLE VALUES'
I appreciate your thoughts and response on this!
