I think you could try to delete all your conditions and re-add them with the txt files? OR the gui seems to look for events.tsv files if you have them?

I am actually having a similar problem---i imported SPM.mat files which should have imported condition info automatically, but it hasnt. and currently, my conditions have no onsets. Let me know how you get on as it could help me!
