error message: ROI-to-ROI first level
Dear conn experts,
First of all, thank you for the great and friendly toolbox.
I am currently running a first level analysis (ROI-to-ROI) using Schaefer 600 (yeo 17 atlas), and it gives an error message as follows:
""
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Undefined function or variable 'Z'.
Error in conn_process (line 5043)
yt=permute(Z(iroi(nroi),:,:),[3,2,1]);
Error in conn_process (line 61)
case 'results_roi', [varargout{1:nargout}]=conn_process(17,varargin{:});
Error in conn (line 9554)
CONN_h.menus.m_results.roiresults=conn_process('results_ROI',CONN_x.Results.xX.nsources,CONN_x.Results.xX.csources);
Error in conn (line 7668)
else conn gui_results_r2r;
Error in conn_menumanager (line 120)
feval(CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{1},CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{2:end});
CONN19.c
SPM12 + DAiSS DEM FieldMap MEEGtools
Matlab v.2018a
project: CONN19.c
storage: 770.0Gb available
""
The error message comes with different atlas ROIs, too.
I restarted matlab and continued the same analysis, but it still gives the same error.
What is the issue behind this error message?
Thank you in advance.
