Thank you for the response. One follow up question:

Regarding the ROI-ROI automatic outputs, what is the difference between the following p-value.mat files:
1. ROI1 p (e.g., p=0.0127)
2. RRC p (e.g., p=0.0255)
3. RRC P (e.g., p=0.0397)

We need to know what criteria was used for thresholding the matrix, but we get three outputs to choose from.
