RE: voxelwise analysis for secondary dataset
Hi Walker,
Facilitating simultaneous voxel- and surface- level analyses is one of our still-pending issues that needs to be addressed in the code, sorry about that. Currently you may do the two analyses sequentially in the same CONN project, and for each create a different version of your target first-level analysis, but this is a bit cumbersome and in my experience I have found it easier/preferable to create two separate CONN projects, one for volume- and another for surface- based analyses.
Best
Alfonso

We would like to run conn analyses on both
volumes and surfaces for the same dataset. Is it possible to
include the volumes as a secondary dataset, but still have the
volumes go through denoising and have them included in the voxel
wise analysis (for each source, have a map for the primary and a
map for the secondary dataset)? Or am I better off just doing
two projects, one for the volumes and one for surfaces?
Thank you!
Thank you!
