Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows where to extract the seed based connectivity effect size values. I open the results folder and I can only see two text files results ROI and table and neither contain effect sizes, the rest of the files are .nii files and one spm file? also, I am using nonparametric stats, are the effect size values based on Pearson's or cohen's D?
