RE: MAT to nifti format
Hi Alfonso,
Is it possible to use the matc2nii command to convert .matc file to nifti if ONLY the .matc file is available? Or does this command also require the presence of the associated .mat file? Further - even if the .matc and .mat files are available/in the same directory, does the matc2nii command require that these files are in the directory structure created by CONN during the previous preprocessing steps?
I currently can only get subsets of all of the files created by CONN as they are stored on a departmental server that I cannot run CONN on and I likely cannot store all of this data locally.
Thank you,
Paul
