Schaefer 400 parcellation 17 network atlas on a network level
Dear Conn experts,

I am completely new to fMRI and Conn and apologise in advance for these potentially straight-forward questions.

I was wondering how the CONN atlas/network apriori order was defined/ determined? What are the typical hierarchical clulstering criteria in resting-state fMRI? As with my dataset, the CONN atlas apriori order method generated a lot more significant results compared to the default data-driven hierarchical clustering method.

Would it be possible to examine results using the Schaefer 400 parcellation 17 network atlas on the 17-network level? as with the the CONN network apriori order option? If possible, does this require creating a specific file, and if so, what should be included in this file?

Many thanks in advance for your help and time!
Connie
