You had the question as I did. I was told by Alfonso yesterday, you can switch the option that reads 'session-invariant structurals' to 'session-specific structurals' will allow you to then enter one separate structural per subject&session.

And I import the separated test as different section in the same subject. You can selected different labels of "condition" to define each section. In this case, you can perform paired test in the second level analysis.
