how to interpret 2nd-level analysis results (basic/beginner)
Hi there,
I am new to CONN and was able to get to 2nd-level analyses. I have two groups: controls and SMA (patient) group. When I select both such that is says "effect of SMA" - what exactly is it showing me when I display the results? Is it showing me regions where my selected seed shows stronger/weaker functional connectivity?
Similarly, if I set my control and SMA group as (-1, 1) respectively shown as a control > SMA contrast, is this showing me where the selected seed of my control group shows stronger functional connectivity.
Sorry if these are basic questions.
