How to start from the 2nd level analysis
Hi,
I am a new user of CONN and I have functional connectivity data that are already preprocessed and analyzed using DPABI and SPM.
I would like to perform multiple regression analysis with a group by covariate interaction but I am not sure how to perform it in SPM, and I heard that it can be done more easily with CONN.
So I would like to use CONN only for the 2nd level analysis for the moment, but all the tutorials begin from the very first preprocessing steps, and I have trouble in importing my functional connectivity maps into CONN.
Can I have information about how to import functional connectivity maps that have already undergone 1st level analysis?
