I would like to resurrect an old thread about the different spaces between the atlas.nii and networks.nii (MNI152) and the default fMRIPrep space (MNI152NLin2009cAsym).

I am also curious about the answer to Xinyuan's question regarding if the 'conn_convertcoordinates.m' script automatically converts the atlas.nii and networks.nii space to be in the target space (MNI152NLin2009cAsym). I found a version of the Harvard Oxford atlas in MNI152NLin2009cAsym space on Template Flow, but I couldn't find a corresponding networks.nii in the right space. Should I normalize the networks.nii to be in MNI152NLin2009cAsym space or does the conn_convertcoordinates.m' script do that already? What would you recommend?
