Hi Alex,
Yes, simply switch the option (in the upper-right corner) that reads "Group-analysis results: all ROIs" to "Group-analysis results: individual ROIs". The "individual ROIs" option will allow you to perform analyses that focus on specific seed-ROIs (e.g. look at the connectivity between MPFC and the rest of the brain), while the "all ROIs' option will allow you to perform analyses that encompass all connections between multiple ROIs (e.g. look at the entire connectome).

I recently upgraded to 21b (from 20b) and now I can't see any ROI in the right panel of the RRC analyses. Also, the table below the three panels (subject effects, conditions and the ROI that disappeared) is not showing.
