RE: Second level analyses calculations
Hi Mor,
The summary.results.RRC_F, RRC_p, and RRC_P matrices contain the F (or T) statistics values, uncorrected p-values, and FDR-corrected p-values respectively evaluating your second-level analysis hypothesis separately for each individual connection (between all pairs of ROIs). The ROIs included in these matrices are listed in the summary.rois.names field.
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hello,
I am currently performing a second level analysis on my data in conn, hence I applied the ROI-to-ROI analysis (Group analysis results) on the data.
When I looked at the files created and saved by conn in my local folders, I found a mat file called "ROI.mat".
In that file there is a struct called "summary", which contains another struct, named "results".
In that "results" struct there are three different tables:
1. RRC_F
2. RRC_p
3. RRC_P
I was wondering if someone could please help me and explain what these tables represent?
Thank you in advance,
Mor
